Service Area

Where we pick up.
Where we deliver.

Out of our yard on the South River Industrial corridor, a 150-mile radius — about 3 hours of drive time in every direction.

Atlanta metro and beyond.

Our yard sits on the South River Industrial corridor in southwest Atlanta, a few minutes off I-75 and the airport. From that base we run pallet pickup and delivery routes across the entire ten-county Atlanta metropolitan area — Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Douglas, Cherokee, and Forsyth — plus the surrounding counties our trucks pass through on the way to longer hauls. We service warehouses, manufacturers, food and beverage distributors, retailers with backroom dock space, and construction-supply yards. Single pallets or full trailers, scheduled or one-off, residential addresses or industrial parks — if you can put a pallet on a curb or a dock, we can probably get to it.

"If you're within a few hours of Atlanta, we likely already run a route near you."

Beyond the immediate metro, our routine routes extend roughly three hours' drive in every direction. That puts us in regular reach of Macon, Columbus, Athens, Gainesville, Rome, Cartersville, and the Dalton carpet corridor. We also work into the Chattanooga, Tennessee area on a recurring basis. If you're somewhere in that radius and you have a regular volume — say, a weekly pickup or a standing supply order — we can fold you into an existing route at a much better rate than spot-pricing a one-off run. If you're at the edge of our reach, ask anyway; we'll be honest about whether it makes sense and whether you'd be better off with a closer operator.

We handle Grade A and Grade B wooden pallets in standard 48×40 GMA size plus the common variants — block, stringer, four-way entry, and odd footprints when your product calls for it. Our recycling and reclamation process is straightforward: pickup runs come back to the yard, every pallet gets inspected and sorted, broken units go to the repair bench where we replace deck boards, stringers, and lead boards as needed, and anything beyond economical repair gets ground for biomass or mulch rather than dumped. The repaired pallets go right back into inventory — that's where the bulk of our Grade B supply comes from, and it's why we can keep prices competitive on remanufactured stock. Heat-treated ISPM-15 pallets for export are available on request; we keep stencil capacity in-house.

We aim for same-week scheduling on metro-area pickups and same-day or next-day on emergency deliveries when inventory permits. Standing accounts get priority on tight-deadline jobs. Service days are Monday through Friday, with limited Saturday morning service for accounts on a weekend dock schedule. Call the office or send an email with your address, what you have or what you need, and a rough quantity — we'll come back the same business day with a quote and a window.

Edge of our radius? Call anyway.

We'd rather tell you up front whether we're a fit than pretend we cover ground we can't profitably service. If we're not the right call, we'll often know someone who is.
